An Army of Women

More than 200,000 women are diagnosed with breast cancer in the United States each year, and more than 40,000 will die from the disease this year. I think it's safe to say we all know someone who has or has had breast cancer. My friend, S., clued me in to this great opportunity to help fight this terrible disease. The goal of the Love/Avon Army of Women is to recruit one million healthy women of every age and ethnicity, including breast cancer survivors and women at high-risk for the disease, to partner with breast cancer researchers and directly participate in the research that will eradicate breast cancer. I signed up yesterday.

Check it out and register today.
