Of course, I know it could have been much, much worse. And I'm thankful for what we have.But still--a tree is a lovely, graceful thing, and it's sad to lose one.
We need to take a road trip to here and we can celebrate what’s been saved for us. It won't bring your tree back, but it's a lovely place with a pocket of old growth forest.
A road trip would be fun!
