I've watched two movies over the last few nights, and if you're as behind as I am and haven't yet seen Juno , you need to. Ellen Page plays Juno, a hyper-articulate pregnant teenager, and she has created an endearing, hilarious character. The script and supporting actors are great, too. I don't know much about Diablo Cody, the screenwriter, but she's written a book I'm going to look up.
Although Juno's subject matter--teenagers, pregnancy, pop culture--may not be for everyone, it's a great movie that restore credibility to the film industry. It gets me excited about movies again.
