Back some time ago, I complained a bit about golf on this blog. You know, how businessmen talk a lot about it and how my boss advised me to play it and how I'd rather shampoo my dog than spend any time trying to get that ridiculous little ball in a hole an acre away.
Anyway, today I received an e-mail from one of my favorite clients, a hard-charging woman I very much admire. I kid you not, this is what it said:
"[Name omitted] at [place omitted] is a LPGA pro and very good. Nice Christmas present for yourself. Attorneys need to golf."
Golf is inescapable.
