Dumplin' Fest 2008

I love Asian pork dumplings--potstickers. Trouble is, potstickers are labor-intensive and usually sell for about $7.00 a half-dozen in Chinese restaurants. The solution is Dumplin' Fest. This is an event where the Big Genie family comes over, and we all make pork dumplings and drink beer (or milk, depending).

This year we made 150 of them and ate 115 while watching the Alabama game. YUM.
